We try to get you 5 item series in a container, too many item series will greatly reduce the efficiency of production, each individual item serie needs to change production molds during production. Constant mold changes will greatly waste production time and your order will have a long lead time, which is not what we want to see. We want to keep the turnaround time of your order to the shortest possible time.
When a quality problem occurs, first we need the customer to provide pictures of the product where the quality problem occurred. We will take the initiative to call the quality and production departments to find the cause and give a clear plan to eliminate such problems. We will give 100% compensation for the loss caused by our quality problems to our customers.

Our lead time for new customers is generally around 25-30 days. If a customer needs a custom layout, such as bags and shrinks films that require a new layout, the lead time is 35-40 days. Because the new layout is done by the raw material factory, this takes extra time.
We can provide you with free samples. You can probably receive it within 7-10 days after sending it. Shipping costs are usually in the range of a few tens of dollars to about $150, with some countries being slightly more expensive, depending on the courier’s offer. If we are able to work together, the shipping cost charged to you will be refunded in your first order.
Yes, you can. We have a team of professional designers who can customize the design manuscript specifically for you based on your concept and requirements. Cover film, bags, stickers and cartons are included. However, if OEM, there will be an opening plate fee and inventory cost involved. Normally the opening plate fee is $600, which we will return after placing 8 containers, and the inventory deposit is $600, which will be returned after placing 5 containers.

- The open plate fee covers the cost of making custom molds or printing plates that are needed to create your unique packaging or candy shape with your brand logo or design.

This fee helps us deliver the exact custom product you want, and it’s only needed once for your brand’s design setup!
Normally 30% down payment before production, 70% balance before shipment.
Wire transfer(T/T), Western Union, PayPal, etc. We accept any convenient and prompt payment method and suggestion for T/T to be convinient
Yes, we can assist in obtaining specified test reports for products and audit reports for specified factories.
We can provide services for booking, cargo consolidation, customs clearance, preparation of shipping documents and delivery of bulk cargo at the port of shipment.
