1.Raw Material Inspection
- Goal: Ensure all ingredients meet stringent quality standards.
- Process: Incoming materials are inspected and tested for compliance with our specifications. Only approved ingredients proceed to production.
2.Pre-Production Setup
- Goal: Ensure equipment is clean and properly calibrated for production.
- Process: Machinery is thoroughly sanitized and calibrated, with supervisory checks to ensure readiness before production begins.
3.In-Process Monitoring
- Goal: Ensure consistent quality throughout production.
- Process: Continuous monitoring of product appearance, texture, and key parameters (such as temperature) ensures product consistency.
4.Metal Detection and Allergen Control
- Goal: Ensure product safety and allergen compliance.
- Process: All batches pass through metal detectors, and strict allergen control procedures are followed to avoid cross-contamination.
5.Packaging Inspection
- Goal: Ensure packaging integrity and accurate labeling.
- Process: Packaging is inspected for defects, and labels are checked to ensure accuracy in ingredient, nutrition, and allergen information.
